This large-scale development on plots B2–B4 consists of two high-rise buildings rising up to 40 floors, designed to create a dynamic mixed-use urban environment. The project combines residential living with extensive office spaces and a significant public facility, including a planned school, contributing to a fully integrated community. With a strong emphasis on urban functionality and long-term planning, the development offers a diverse residential mix alongside substantial employment and public infrastructure. Designed by Avner Yashar Architects, the project reflects a modern architectural vision focused on density, accessibility, and quality of life within a growing metropolitan setting.
