Located at the intersection of Herzl, Shlomo and Nahalat Binyamin Streets in the heart of the evolving Florentin district, JULIE is a nine story residential complex comprising 152 apartments above an active commercial ground floor, positioned within one of Tel Aviv’s most dynamic and high demand urban environments and offering immediate proximity to Rothschild Boulevard, Levinsky Market, the Light Rail and major transportation routes. Designed by Yashar Architects, the project introduces a distinctive urban concept focused on community, comfort and quality of life, featuring an eighth floor rooftop with a splash pool, yoga deck and lounge areas, a private landscaped inner courtyard, spacious communal protected areas of approximately forty five square meters on each floor designed as a gym, lounge, laundry and co working spaces, a grand lobby with four elevators and interior design of all public areas by leading designer Roi David.
